Abstract The interest of an ecological ordenary, in the prey the Cuchillo-Solidaridad China, N.L., Méx., allow to elaborate a general plan of development, which mark inside the potential activities, the sport fishing and like main species to principal the black bass (Micropterus salmoides). The objective of the present work is to analyze some aspects of the biology of this species and their interaction with the quality of the water and parasitic diseases. For the physical-chemical analysis of the water, ten places of collected settled down in saying reservoir, measuring the pH, conductivity, color, turbity, total solids, disolved solids, suspended solids, total alkalinity, total hardness, hardness of calcium, hardness of magnesium, magnesium, calcium. chlorides and sulfates. The fish were collected at random in the whole prey, in tournaments of ecological freckle, determining the factor of K condition, takes them sample of blood in order to evaluate the microhematocrit, hemoglobin and total protein of the plasm. Later on he/she/it/you was proceeded to their dissection, in order to revise the gonadal development, as well as for their parasitological study. The statistical analysis for the physical-chemical parameters doesn't find significant difference between places of collected, indicating that the body of water is relatively homogeneous. The collected fishes presented a factor of K condition> 1, and seasonal variation presenting a maximum in autumn, descending in winter and spring, increasing in summer. The gonadal development for females comes the first in two times in you give February through April, and a second of August to October. While the males present a first time of April to August or a second between September and October. The larvas of the Contracaecum sp., they present abundance, prevalence, and mean intensity, finding their maximum in the winter and their minimum in summer. The metacercarias of the Neascus sp., they present a maximum prevalence in summer and winter, diminishing in spring, the abundance and means intensity presents their maximum in summer, moderate in winter, and low in spring and autumn. The Illinobdella sp, begin their presence during the autumn, reaching their maximum in the winter, falling during the spring and absentee during the summer. The analysis hematology, it indicate policitem in most of the collections, and high the total protein of the plasm, what could be caused for the method of capture and their transfer. Concluding that the characteristics physical-chemistry of the water of that reservoir is relatively homogeneous. The black bass is adapted to this reservoir because the collected organisms present a factor of K condition > 1. The gonadal development presents two times probably for the latitude of the prey or for the presence of another subspecies or hybrid. The endoparasit as well as the ectoparasit find their adult load in the winter what maintains latent mixing with other factors a possible epidemic.
