Resumen

In this paper, the electrochemical behavior and surface morphology of AA1100 were investigated in commercial electropolishing electrolyte consisting of perchloric acid (HClO4) and ethanol (C2H5OH). Electropolishing of aluminum foil is a pre-treatment on aluminum surface before anodization process. The electropolishing on Al was carried out in different electrolyte concentration and proper concentration were reported by using current density-voltage curves, impedance spectroscopies and AFM images.
